I have been practicing law since 1971 after graduating from Marquette University. I have represented both personal injury plaintiffs and defendants and now concentrate most of my practice representing personal injury defendants, mediation services, and local banks and businesses in commercial litigation and foreclosures.

I am admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Wisconsin, the Eastern and Western Federal District Courts and the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.

I am a member of the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin, which is an area that concentrates in defense litigation and a member of the Defense Research Institute. I am also a member of the Racine County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. I have made presentations to various insurance company representatives including claims management issues, negotiating and mediation strategies, uninsured and underinsured coverages and trial issues. I have participated in presentations of the State Bar of Wisconsin regarding jury instructions, verdicts and motions after verdict.
